Michael Temby

I was born and raised in Silicon Valley, where some of my best memories were made spending summers camping and exploring the California Delta with my family. It was there, in the early 1960s, that I first learned to water-ski—sparking a lifelong passion for life on the water and the Delta lifestyle.

In 1985, I was blessed to meet my wife, Kellie. We instantly connected, fell in love, and were married just 1 year later. Together, we built a beautiful life centered around family, hard work, faith, and community. I continue to strive to learn and grow every day, both personally and professionally, so I can be the best husband, father, papa, and friend to those I love most.

As we started raising our family, we made Discovery Bay our home, drawn by the waterfront lifestyle and close-knit community. After years of commuting to the Bay Area, Kellie encouraged me to pursue a career in real estate alongside her—a decision that would completely change the course of my life. I eventually became the CEO of a Keller Williams Realty market center, where I had the privilege of working alongside an incredible team to grow the office from 14 agents to more than 150, helping transform it into one of the most successful and profitable market centers in Northern California and Hawaii.

Later, Kellie and I took a leap of faith and founded Team Temby Properties, building a brokerage rooted in strong relationships, trust, integrity, and a true passion for serving others. Today, my work focuses on real estate development, waterfront and luxury properties, marina sales, and consulting for Delta Coves, an exceptional waterfront community featuring 560 luxury homes along the California Delta.

For me, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling homes—it’s about helping people create a lifestyle, build memories, and find a place where they truly belong.
